We offer a variety of modules to cover all your Food Safety and Labelling needs.

BASIC FOOD HANDLERS

Introduction to the basic requirements for Food handlers, including Food Safety principles and practices, Personnel Hygiene requirements, Hand Washing technique and a practical demonstration with GloGerm™.

HACCP TRAINING

Theory and practical session on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP). Including the history of HACCP, the HACCP concepts, Stages of HACCP and HACCP Principles. The course is aimed at Food Safety teams and is based off the requirements of CAC-RCP 1-1969 and SANS 10330.

FSSC 22000

Training on the requirements of FSSC 22000. With a focus on Management of Services, Product Labelling, Food Fraud, Food Defence, Environmental Monitoring, Allergen Management, Auditing and other requirements for manufacturers.

ISO 22000 FOUNDATION
(PECB CERTIFIED)

ISO 22000 Foundation training enables you to learn the basic elements to implement and manage a Food Safety Management System as specified in ISO 22000. After completing this course, you can sit for the exam and apply for a “PECB Certified ISO 22000 Foundation” credential.

INTERNAL AUDITOR TRAINING

Introduction to auditing techniques and the basic requirements to enable you to audit your or your suppliers Food Safety System for compliance to BRCGS or FSSC 22000. Training module based off the ISO 19001 guidelines for Management Systems Auditing.

SOUTH AFRICAN FOOD LABELLING

Requirements of Food Labelling in a South African context, R. 146 of 2010 and the allied regulations. You are welcome to join us on our next intensive workshop on the Regulators, Regulations, Claims and Allowable Advertising.
