Our management systems are built on the GMP/PRP foundations of our Basic Food Safety Programme. Each client is provided with a 5 Key Process Management System manual, which controls the interaction between all procedures and records, including GMP/PRP. A number of additional processes are added that are fundamental Food Safety requirements, along with a few others designed to improve and manage product quality. All processes are managed under one of the 5 KP (Key Process) documents, these KP documents and their sub-processes are listed below.
